Ok...first time here, and was very impressed by the number of tasty selections on the menu!! No cookie cutter menu here! I got the Burro Burrito...a deep fried burrito filled with ground beef & shredded chicken, topped with pico de gallo, melted cheese, & red sauce...surrounded by pieces of steak, shrimp, cheese quesadilla, & chicken taquitos! It was amazing-definitely a do over!! Can't wait to come back & try more!!!! 9/8/22...Got an excellent Taco salad, & some potato Poblanos!!! Both were out of this world! Love their food!!

While Woodruff remains a pretty small town, there are growing options for a good meal there. Bronco’s is one of those options. While many places have taken to more “upscale” food ideas and increased both the cost and complexity of their foods, it’s nice to find a place that sticks to the classics and does them well. Simple, quality, and good tasting Tex-Mex is always a win for me, and that’s what you will find here.

I had the Bronco Pineapple Fajita and my wife had the Steak Quesadillas. Great steak and veggies cooked long and good. The pineapple slice in half w/ fajita on top was amazing. The chips and queso (REAL CHEESY & not watered down) was VERYYYY GOOD! The atmosphere is very nice, big space, and plenty of seating. We had a server on 9/17 (1st day on job) and she did a really great job and always asked if we needed anything which is really important (very caring). Thank you Bronco, see you soon!

A good meal. My only complaint would be their salsa is not to my liking. It's like tomato paste out of a can with little taste. But that's just me.

Enjoyed a yummy birthday dinner with my husband at Broncos tonight. Thank you for always having great service and delicious food! I had the Pollo Mexicano with cheese on top. It was hot and delicious!

They have a dish called shrimp fondue or something like that- big shrimp in a cheese sauce with sausage- really flavorful.
